Synopsis

Be careful what you wish for, especially if you're Timmy Turner!

Timmy  is  an  average  10-year-old boy who's bullied at school and at
home -- his parents love him but  are  completely  oblivious.  However,
whenever  Timmy  needs  help  'POOF!'  Cosmo and Wanda, Timmy's
fairy godparents arrive to save the  day.  Whatever  Timmy  wishes  for
Cosmo  and  Wanda  grant it. Every kids dream right? The problem is,
when Cosmo and  Wanda  fly  to  rescue  they  usually  make  things
worse!
