SYNOPSIS

Extra-terrestrials  Tia  and  Tony  are back in this sequel to Escape to
Witch Mountain. When they arrive on Earth for a visit in New  York,  it
isn't  long  before  the  evil  Dr.  Gannon discovers Tony's supernatural
powers and devises a plan to use the boy to conquer the  world!  Both
Tony  and  Tia  can  communicate  and move things with the power of
their mind alone. When Gannon implants a device in Tony's brain that allows him to control the boy, the only hope is that Tia will be able  to
free Tony -- and save the world!
