Synopsis

This  fun-filled  feature,  winner  of the Greater Miami International Film
Festival, is a  thrilling  adaptation  of  Mordecai  Richler's  best  selling
children's  classic.  It  stars  football  hero Alex Karras as the dreaded
Hooded Fang, warden of the prison 'from which  no  brat  returns'.  But
Jacob  Two-Two  is no ordinary brat. At only 2 plus 2 plus 2 years old,
he  is  arrested  for  saying  the  same  thing  twice.  At  his  trial,  the costumed  champions  of  'Child Power' slip Jacob a homing device to
trace him to the secret  prison.  Together,  Jacob  and  the  operatives lead a fun filled prison revolt.
