Synopsis

Fantasy  drama  series starring Philip Glenister as Rupert Galvin, who comes to Britain from America to inform his dead friend's teenage son Luke Rutherford (Christian Cooke) that   he   is   actually   the   great-grandson   of   Abraham   Van   Helsing,   the  vampire hunter in Bram Stoker's 'Dracula'. Rupert then helps Luke to  fight  the  vampires  and other   supernatural   entities   --   led   by   'Half-Life'   Gladiolus Thrip (Mackenzie Crook) -- that are out to destroy him.
