Synopsis
Based on the award-winning comedy by Hugh Leonard, Da is a warm and charming reflection of human relationships: child to parent, boy to man, the living to the dead. Charlie Tynan (Martin Sheen) returns to Ireland, his childhood home, for the funeral of his bull-headed, crusty old Da (Barnard Hughes). The trauma of his father's death sends Charlie on a humorous, nostalgic journey from the time of his youth to a place where he can communicate with his Da at last.
